Jen Elden practices an integrated and wholistic therapeutic approach to her massage work.  A typical massage with Jen will be variable in pressure, depending on how your body is responding to touch that day. Some days, for some areas, deep may be what you need. Another moment, the body may release with a lighter touch. She will work with you to get to that optimal place to restore balance, assist in healing, and promote release for each session.
